“Making Simplicity Cool Again,” for high value investments with growth.

ABOUT MOLI

Data INVESTMENTS

Web3 Data Center Investments

With historical returns at an all-time high of 25.47% and a dividend yield of 3.47%, it is an ideal time to invest in dedicated energy-efficient Web3 data centers.

Why?

The advancement of AI/ML data compute/storage for emerging Web3 companies is very different than Web2 enterprises, whose 10-year growth depended on cloud ISP. The result is data center consolidation through M&A.

LAnd INVESTMENTS

Good old farmland still gets our vote for making simplicity cool again.

The average annual returns of farmland are 10.71% compared to debt dependent REITS which is 9.43% and stocks at 9.58%.

Bill Gates and Jeff Bezos agree. They own 269,000 acres and 420,000 acres.

In partnership with MOLI, the local farmers own the farmland…once again through MOLI security tokens and creative long leases.

Retail Trading

MOLI is for retail too

DLT Alternative trading systems for retail in high value assets

Institutional investors get the ball rolling and provide credibility around MOLI investments, but retail investors create liquidity, demand, and higher future share prices.

MOLI has an equal supply of issued shares for small investors.

IBM, Microsoft, and Tesla succeeded as public companies because of great products, excellent earnings, and a steady stream of retail investors.

Ask NASDAQ why it succeeded and the American Stock Exchange went out of business -- retail trading, after-market trading and short-selling.

LA_X Marketplace

MOLI is for retail too

LA_X Marketplace promotes MOLI security token trading vibrancy to retail customers

Trading vibrancy of real estate backed security tokens by retail customers is a key to MOLI’s success.

MOLI will work closely with SOMA.finance and leading institutional secondary market trading companies to include A+ retail investors in its private placements' capital raises.

MOLI SECURITY TOKENS

Like all good performing public companies, its stock price is a key indicator of investor sentiment, future demand, and total returns.

MOLI Year-1 issuance price is $3.25, and an assumed two-year share price increase to $22.75 or 7x its starting issuance price.

We chose DLT because it is a lower-cost of capital and a faster time to market. And with shortages in cleaner, lower-cost energy, we have no time to waste.

MOLI assumes it will be a great investment company and its share price will appreciate on average 19.82x over 13 years to $260.92.

In comparison, Tesla, a start-up electric vehicle company issued its IPO 13 years ago at $17 per share.

Today, Tesla trades at $324 per share, or an average of 23.63 times its original share price.
